Bluewater crew member pressure washing a commercial building wall in Sarnia, Ontario

Pressure Washing in Sarnia, ON

Driveways, decks, patios, siding and fences, cleaned with the pressure each surface can actually handle. Mitch quotes every job himself, and the quote is free.

Clean Surfaces, No Damage

Most of what builds up on a Sarnia property isn't plain dirt. It's green algae on the shady side of the deck and black streaks running down the siding. It's road salt and tire marks ground into the driveway, plus a grey film on the patio that comes back every spring. A garden hose won't shift it. A rental machine cranked all the way up will, but it can also etch concrete, fuzz the wood on a deck and force water behind siding.

That's why we set the pressure for the surface in front of us. Our equipment is commercial-grade, and a cedar deck doesn't get the same treatment as a concrete pad. The aim is to take off what's built up and leave the surface underneath in good shape.

We wash homes and businesses across Sarnia and the rest of Lambton County, including driveways in Brights Grove and commercial buildings in town. We're Sarnia born and raised, and you deal with the owners from start to finish. Mitch walks the property with you and writes up a quote with the price broken down, and the crew turns up on the day we agreed.

Driveway, Deck & House Washing in Sarnia

If it's outside and it's grimy, ask us about it. These are the jobs we do most often.

Driveways & Concrete

Oil drips, tire marks, salt residue and that dull grey film on concrete. Sidewalks, walkways and garage pads are included too.

Decks

Green build-up, weathering and mildew lifted from the boards, with the pressure turned down so the wood stays smooth.

Patios & Interlock

Paver patios and interlock walkways get their real colour back once the moss and dirt are out of the surface.

Siding & House Washing

Vinyl siding, brick and block washed top to bottom and rinsed clean. Add a window wash and the whole front of the house looks new.

Fences

Wood and vinyl fences that have turned green or grey along the bottom, washed panel by panel.

Commercial Buildings

Walls, entrances and concrete pads for local businesses, with the job planned out with you ahead of time.

Pressure Washing Questions

How often should I pressure wash my driveway or deck?

Once a year is enough for most driveways and decks, usually in spring after the salt and slush are gone. Shaded decks and north-facing siding tend to go green faster, so they may need it sooner. Mitch can tell you what makes sense for your place when he visits.

Will pressure washing damage my deck or siding?

Not when it is done right. Wood and siding get a much gentler wash than concrete, and we adjust as we go instead of running one setting on everything.

Can you clean interlock and paver patios?

Yes. Interlock and pavers show the change more than almost anything else we wash. We clear the dirt and moss out of the surface, and the difference shows as soon as it dries.

Do you pressure wash commercial properties?

Yes. We work on residential and commercial properties, including building walls, entrances, sidewalks and concrete pads. Tell us about your site and Mitch will plan the job with you.

What's included in the free quote?

Mitch comes to the property, looks at each area and gives you a detailed quote with a full pricing breakdown and a timeline. It's free, there's no obligation, and you can take your time deciding.

Can you wash my house and windows on the same visit?

Often, yes. Plenty of customers pair a house wash with window washing or gutter cleaning so everything is finished at once. Mention it when you book and it goes on the same quote.
